Four partners have been working closely to deliver the Lambeth Concerto Project. These are:
All work conducted as part of the Lambeth Concerto Project has taken place within the borough. Lambeth strategically match-funded the grant received from the EU to increase the CO2 savings on existing projects, such as the refurbishment of the Ethelred Estate, and bolster the offering of complementary programmes such as its Brixton Low Carbon Zone.
Carbon Descent is an independent social enterprise and environmental trust and has been the local project coordinator for The Lambeth Concerto Project. They have been responsible for delivering a large number of the work packages as well as evaluating the socio-economic and environmental impacts of the key technological innovations deployed and the advice work conducted.

London South Bank University has been involved in delivering a number of tasks in the project, including disseminating advice to professionals and undertaking technical research projects.

Orchard Partners are consulting engineers specialising in mechanical and electrical building services. They have been involved in the installation of Combined Heat and Power (CHP) engines and conducted research on optimising CHP and district heating systems.
